This course describes the new user interface and work process of properties selection, evaluation and analysis. You will learn

1. How to navigate the new Aspen Plus Properties environment
2. How to find and select components and component property databases
3. How to select the correct property methods for the components in your model
4. How to estimate properties of components not found in Aspen databases
5. How to find and fit property data from NIST TDE
6. How to create a property analysis for the different components in your simulation

Prerequisites

This course assumes familiarity with the Aspen Plus User Interface and a basic knowledge of process simulation.
