Problem Statement:
My project says it is locked, but the option to "unlock" my project does not appear when I right click on it in Aspen Capital Cost Estimator (ACCE); how do I unlock my project?
Solution:
1.) Closing ACCE
2.) In Windows, go to the Scenario folder of your project where the izp file is located.
3.) There should also be a LCK file. Delete the LCK file.
4.) Restart ACCE and the project should now be unlocked.
