Is there a way to use tube inserts in Aspen Shell & Tube Exchanger?
 
Solution

Currently, Aspen Shell & Tube Exchanger allows specification of one type of tube insert, the twisted-tape, for enhancement of heat transfer. All the other options are available only if you have been supplied with special software (in the form of dlls) by the insert manufacturers.
