Where on the AspenTech Software Support website ( https://esupport.aspentech.com ) can I find information about when a certain version of a product (like V10 of Aspen InfoPlus.21) or product family was released?  Where can I find out how long a certain version will be supported?

It is also available by logging in to the support website and navigating as follows:

1.  Once logged in, click on the Support link in the top right corner of the page.
2. Then under Find A Answer select Product Lifecycle Policy



3.  The Product Lifecycle page has a section entitled 'Supported Version Policy' which has a table listing different AspenONE versions, the date the version was released, and the date that support for that version ends.
