Error Connecting to Aspen Unified services – Primary services are not running

Problem Statement
When opening Aspen Unified page, the next error message shows up preventing the page to open correctly.

Solution
Firstly, check on Windows Services that the Aspen Unified Agent Supervisor service is Running, if not click on Start the service and try again opening Aspen Unified web page.

If Aspen Unified stills not open, go to Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and connect to the database, click on Security, open Logins and locate NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE.
 

Right click on NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE and left click on Properties, the next window will pop-up.

Go to Server Roles and check to sysadmin box.

Click on OK and make sure to click on Save All to keep the changes performed.
