Description
IQ Model is an APC desktop application used for the development of Inferential Properties Model using different approaches (Linear, Non-Linear, Neural Net, etc.). The starting point of developing those models is to import Collected Test Data into IQ Model. This import process supports different types of files as vec. And txt. Files. However, dealing with the proper edition and format of text files can be a bit complicated sometimes, especially when text files tend to be big files.
As a workaround to this problem, we can use MS Excel as an easier way to Edit, Format, and Manage the Data we want to use in IQ Model. Also, MS Excel allows us to use different filtering and functions to separate data we don’t want to use or bulk marking and delete Data that we don’t want to use.
This tutorial shows the steps to use the IQ Model Add In to import the data directly from MS Excel into an IQ Model project.
