Upon downloading V14 software from Aspen's eSupport Download Center, user's probably have a new tab pop up with lines of code like the picture below

This is not a technical problem and the media that was selected should be downloading in the background. If you click on the downloads icon on top of the tab bar or your computer, you can see if anything has or is currently downloading. As the picture below, the V14 ENG suite is downloading and once completed, you can run the setup.exe file within it to install the media onto your computer.
