Registration for AspenTech Web Support

Please use a corporate email domain to register for a Support Account. If you use a generic email domain address such as @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, @qq.com, @naver.com, @hotmail.com, @outlook.com, etc. the system will not allow you to proceed with your registration.

If your company uses a generic email domain as corporate email, please send an email to customercare@aspentech.com explaining this and add your AspenTech contract or license information.

How long does it take?

For customers with a current support agreement the request will be processed within 1 business day. For questions or concerns, please contact our Customer Care team.: CustomerCare@aspentech.com.
