Please use a corporate email domain to register for a Support Account. If you use a generic email domain address such as @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, @qq.com, @naver.com, @hotmail.com, @outlook.com, etc. the system will not allow you to proceed with your registration.

If your company uses a generic email domain as corporate email, please send an email to customercare@aspentech.com explaining this and add your AspenTech contract or license information.

Please contact our Partner Operations team at partnerportal@aspentech.com to extend your access to the Partner Portal. The Partner Operations team will review your eligibility and respond with additional information.
