Reservoir Engineering: Reservoir Simulation with Aspen Tempest

This course introduces users to the Tempest MORE simulation software. Users are guided through the entire workflow required to create a simulation model (Black oil & compositional model) in Tempest, perform simulation runs and analyze results. After an initial overview of Tempest functionalities, a step-by-step approach is used to prepare the simulation deck with keywords, execute runs and view results. Additionally, users complete exercises with Tempest PVTX where the aim is to be able to translate lab core input into PVTX experiments, regress it, and export as an input file to the main reservoir simulator.
