Learn from Domain Experts! Expert training combining deep domain knowledge on refining and critical equipment with prescriptive analytics AspenTech is excited to offer a brand-new training that covers the basic unit operations of refining along with the most critical pieces of rotating equipment in each unit. The most common failure modes of each asset will be reviewed to demonstrate how Mtell can be used to predict each failure for that equipment before it happens. Students will also get acquainted with general use cases for prescriptive analytics. Instructor - Wayne Jurgerson Wayne has 33 years of Oil and Gas experience working in petrochemicals, refining, upstream oil and gas, and application engineering for various predictive software companies. He has the unique experience of 10 years working as process engineer up to operations manager and 7 years working as maintenance engineer up to maintenance manager and 16 years in the software industry. He is noted as an industry expert in both operating and maintaining refineries. Wayne is a graduate of University of Oklahoma with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering in 1990. |
