Aspen SCM Power User

This course provides intermediate-level training in the architecture, management and troubleshooting of Aspen SCM models. The idea of the course is to provide the needed tools for power users, customer IT support and services partners (ISPs) to become more independent in terms of performing model maintenance, investigating issues and errors, and implementing minor alterations to the original design.

Audience:

  • This course is aimed at customers, IT support or services partners (ISPs) who would like to gain more ownership regarding the maintenance and troubleshooting of their Aspen SCM model
  • After taking this course, customers will be able to subsequently begin the study of the architecture of their own configured models. the motivation for this could be e.g., the developent of an internal team with deeper knowledge of SCM; in order to support, maintain and potentially make minor additions or modifications to their configured models
  • Participants will typically have a user-level knowledge of at least one of the SCM CAPs (Plant Scheduler, Demand Manager or Supply Chain Planner)
