Agenda

The agenda will be defined by mutual agreement between the customer and AspenTech. The standard coaching rate will be for 0.5 days, but that is subject to change depending on the scope.


Though subject to change by agenda, deployment coaching will typically be led by an AspenTech expert and include:

  • Pre-call to discuss pre-requisites
    • Network architecture
    • Server pre-requisites
    • Port and firewall rules
    • Prepare silent deployment files
  • Dedicated scheduled meeting time
    • Deploy/upgrade SLM
    • Configure auto-upload and any other custom settings
  • Verify upgraded system is working as designed
