Pre-requisites

This coaching offers deployment packages for the specific packages below. If any different combination of products is to be deployed, consider custom deployment coaching at DEP001.


Available standard packages are:

  • Aspen Plus, Aspen HYSYS, and Aspen Properties
  • All Aspen Engineering Suite Desktop Tools (except for Aspen On-Line)
  • All Aspen InfoPlus.21 Desktop Tools
  • Aspen Mtell System Manager and Aspen Mtell Agent Builder
  • Aspen SeisEarth
  • Aspen SKUA

Agenda

The agenda will be defined by mutual agreement between the customer and AspenTech. The standard coaching rate will be for 0.5 days, but that is subject to change depending on the scope.


Though subject to change by agenda, deployment coaching will typically be led by an AspenTech expert and include:

  • Pre-call to discuss pre-requisites
    • License server and bucket configuration information
    • Product catalog to deploy
  • Dedicated scheduled meeting time
    • AspenTech expert on standby in case help is needed
  • Verify upgraded system is working as designed
