General Core Analysis using Aspen Geolog

This two-day class is designed for existing users of Aspen Geolog to become familiar with the General Core Analysis suite of modules. Learn how to perform overburden corrections, establish a relationship between porosity and permeability, and how to derive absolute permeability. Explore the Electrical Properties menu and calculate formation factor and water saturation. You will also learn about XRD conversion and Grain Size Analysis, and learn how to calculate Pore throat radius and permeability, and Relative permeability.
